Let it be known, I HATE VEGETABLES. I hate them raw, I hate them cooked, I hate them alone or mixed in something. I despise vegetables, but these green beans? To die for.
For this recipe you will need:
1 lb green beans
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Italian blend cheese
Wash green beans and cut off the ends.
Saute green beans in butter for 3 minutes over medium high heat.
Add garlic and a few drops of lemon juice and saute for another 3-5 minutes. The longer you cook the green beans the less crunch they will have to them.
Add cheese until melted and serve.
