Every wonder what to do with your thanksgiving leftovers? Need an excuse to eat stuffing? Than this sandwich is the one for you! It’s a whole Thanksgiving dinner in your hand!
For this recipe you will need:
Sliced Turkey (We like Boars Head Cracked Pepper)
1 box of Turkey Stuffing
1 jar of Turkey Gravy
Make stuffing according to box directions. Then heat gravy in a pan on the stove top.
Using a bread knife, slice hoagie rolls down the center creating two even sides.
Spread mayonnaise on the top half of each hoagie roll, and cranberry sauce on the bottom halves.
Add a generous amount of sliced turkey to the cranberry covered hoagie rolls.
Add stuffing and gravy on top of turkey. (Pour gravy right now the center to avoid running off the bun.)
Leaving the top roll off, toast in the oven at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Place the tops back on, cut in half and serve!
I don’t have a final picture of these delicious sandwiches because we were so excited to eat them that we forgot.
